Jeff Woltz is a life-long resident of Odessa and a graduate from Permian High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Jeff owns Standby Monitoring Systems, Inc. and Woltz Ranch LLC and attends The Bridge Methodist Church. Jeff has served on the board for the Odessa Chamber of Commerce and several other advisory boards for Odessa College. In the past he has also served on, and chaired, the City of Odessa Zoning & Planning Commission, Main Street Odessa, the Education Foundation of Odessa, Leadership Odessa Alumni and United Way of Odessa. Jeff still serves as a board member on the Education Foundation and is the new President of Odessa Rotary Club for the July 2020/2021 year
President Jeff Woltz teamed up with the Odessa Chamber of Commerce and helped distribute food from the super busy, West Texas Food Bank. An unprecedented number of Odessans have utilized the Food Bank in recent months. Big thanks to West Texas Food Bank, Jeff and the Chamber for your contributions to our community!

Odessa Rotary Club President Gus Ortega(L) presents a Rotary plaque and membership pin to the club’s newest member, Marian L. Wilson (R). Mrs. Wilson is a new resident to Odessa and serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the new Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in downtown Odessa. The Odessa Rotary Club meets for lunch weekly each Wednesday at Odessa College.
Our club recently donated funds to the Permian Basin Rehab Center and to the City of Odessa Parks Foundation.
